Amazon’s new offering from its tech department is the new Fire phone which offers 3D views and lot of other gimmicks.
The Fire phone has 4 front facing “ultra-low power” cameras to track the movement of the users head and render a 3D image by adding depth rather than creating the “pop-out” effect.
The users can also scroll the web page by tilting the phone. It offers gesture controls that we find similar to the Galaxy range of Samsung’s phones and other devices which not many people use. Continue reading
Driven by the success of the Amazon Kindle range of tablets and e-readers, Amazon has allegedly been in talks with HTC to produce a range of smartphones using a forked version of the Android operating system.
HTC may have recently reported its first quarterly loss but they still have some appeal to consumers and to commercial organisations too. Details of the HTC One Max were released early following a press leak for the device and this will be the most recent addition to the popular One flagship series.
